Requirements for the purpose of construction – Functional mix area of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
Geographical areas where the PLU-H requires, as the case may be, that a percentage of the floor area of any construction or development operation be assigned to a specific purpose, or the ground floor or floors of the buildings. In some cases destinations are prohibited for the ground floor.
