DATE_MENU: Date
ID_SATELLITE: School ID
SATELLITE: Name of the school
GUEST: Distinction made between meals served to kindergarten and elementary students.
MENU: “Lunch” default value. “PN” = Pique-Nique, when a Pique-Nique is proposed to a SATELLITE for a specific DATE_MENU.
REGIME: Without EXCLUSION meal served to all | WITHOUT LIVE meat-free replacement meal
COMPONENT: Distinction between the various constituent elements of a meal/menu
ORDRE_COMPOSANT: Ordered classification (from 1 to 10) of the elements of the COMPOSANT field.
