Law No 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 on access to and improvement of the conditions of employment of contract staff in the civil service, on combating discrimination and laying down various provisions relating to the civil service, in particular Article 51:
Each year a report on equality between women and men shall be submitted to the technical committees, including data on recruitment, training, working time, career promotion, working conditions, remuneration and the relationship between professional activity and personal life.
