All resource formats available for this dataset can be downloaded as ZIP packages: inside the package sarà available the resource in the chosen format, complete with all the information on the metadata and the license associated with it.
In this dataset are collected elements relating to the Urban Planning Regulation, drawn up in accordance with Article 55 of Regional Law 1/2005 (and implementing regulations).
The Urban Planning Regulation regulates urban planning and construction activities for the entire municipal territory and consists of two parts:
a) discipline for the management of existing settlements
b) regulation of the transformations of the settlement, infrastructural and building structures of the territory.
The Urban Planning Regulation is updated to the Management Variant 2012 approved by D.C.C. no 32 of 06/05/2013 and the data published here are updated taking into account the subsequent variants.
