Description
The Owner’s Register (EJF) contains information about the person(s)/company(s) that hold real estate and to which notices relating to the property can be sent. In addition, the Owner’s Directory contains information about any administrators associated with the individual property ownership. The EJF consists of three levels of data:
Level 1 — Inventory of ownership: Exhibits personal data without sensitive data, i.e. without social security numbers and without protected name and address information.
Level 2 — Owner’s inventoryConfidential: Exhibits confidential information — CPR number but not the protected name and address information.
Level 3 — Register of ownershipConfidentialProtected: Exhibits all information including protected name and address information.
