Pre-emption zones of sensitive natural areas of the Métropole de Lyon (ENS)
Description
In these areas of pre-emption under sensitive natural spaces (ENS), the Métropole de Lyon is a priority to acquire land in order to protect, develop and open it to the public. An ENS preemption zone can be split into separate sectors depending on their stakes (priority or not) and the right of pre-emption may be delegated to a municipality in all or part of the area (e.g. non-priority sector).
