### This dataset offers a calculation of the average price per m² of sales of houses and apartments per municipality in 2018.
— The dataset is based on data from “Requests for land values” geolocated and enriched by Etalab for the calculation of the average price per m² and ADMIN EXPRESS of the IGN for the nomenclature of municipalities

— The calculation is based on the analysis of 779 240 transactions carried out between 1 January 2018 and 31 Dec 2018
