Description
In 2017, 100 412 applications were registered with OFPRA, including 92 830 applications (including miners) and 7,582 reviews. 89,307 decisions, excluding accompanying minors, were taken, an increase of 27.0 % compared to 2016. OFPRA took 24,005 agreement decisions compared to 19,982 in 2016.
In 2017, the CNDA issued 47,814 decisions, an 11.3 % increase in the number of decisions compared to 2016.
In total, the number of decisions granting protection status (refugee and subsidiary protection, excluding accompanying minors) taken by OFPRA and CNDA stood at 32 011 in 2017, up 20.8 % from the total positive decisions in 2016.
