Description

The development plan Bergstedt 24 for the area of application northwest of the old village center of Bergstedt (district Wandsbek, district 524) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Heiddiek - southeastern boundaries of parcels 3283, 3253, 3366 and 3367, northeastern boundaries of parcels 1005, 1352 and 1001 (Lohbek) of the Bergstedt - Lottbeker Weg - Bergstedter Chaussee - Bergstedter Kirchenstraße district, via the Wohldorfer Damm - Bergstedter Kirchenstraße district, western boundaries of parcels 3605, 3606, 3607, 1275, 1011 to 1014, 1016, 1017, 1386, 1018 and 1019, western and northern boundaries of parcel 2970 of the Bergstedt - Wohldorfer Damm district (Wallsbek district, district 524).
