Cultural History Map (CHK2) — Delft Red
Description
Delft Red refers mainly to houses — in couples, rows or groups — but also other places such as schools and churches, all of which were built shortly after the war (especially between 1947 and 1952), made of red brick. Now that in many cases the houses no longer meet modern requirements, a large part of the house threatens to disappear. The map shows the location of this type of building in Fryslan.
