The Joconde database describes the works of museums in France (approximately 650,000 notices). The Joconde base is the collective catalogue of the collections of museums in France: Since March 2019, it has been accessible on the [Open Heritage Platform, POP.](https://www.pop.culture.gouv.fr/search/list?base=%5B%22Collections%20des%20mus%C3%A9es%20de%20France%20%28Joconde%29%22%5D) (http://www2.culture.gouv.fr/documentation/joconde/fr/pres.htm) Field nomenclature: This dataset includes the entire collective catalogue of museums in France. The notices of objects of museums in France are of all nature (archaeology, fine arts, ethnology...). Details of the nomenclature of the list of fields in the Joconde database can be downloaded below, see Attachment.
