Description
The development plan Wohldorf-Ohlstedt 13 for the scope (Decision W 3/05) between the streets Brandheide and Krempenhege and east of Ohlstedter Straße and Ohlstedter Platz to Mühlenbrook (Wallsbek district, district 523) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Ohlstedter Straße — Hoisbütteler Straße — Ohlstedter Platz — Korte Blöck — North and East boundary of parcel 1486, north and west boundary of parcel 1466 of the landmark Ohlstedt — Krempenhege — eastern boundary of parcel 1466, over parcel 143, northern boundary of parcel 1360, north and east boundary of parcels 1359 and 1412, via parcel 146, northern boundary of the parcel 1910, over parcels 1916 and 149 (Mühlenbrook) of the area Ohlstedt — state border — over parcel 149, southern borders of parcels 150, 151, 1060 and 155 (on the Strenge) of the area Ohlstedt — Auf der Strenge — Brandheide.
