National base on Inter-Communality
Description
This dataset contains the national data disseminated by the Directorate General of Local Authorities (DGCL) difficult to download for vintages prior to the current one.
Source of Origin: https://www.banatic.interieur.gouv.fr/V5/accueil/index.php
For each vintage, several files are available:
— A: list of groups
— B: group coordinates
— C: competences of groupings
— E: scope of own taxation EPCIs
Each file is re-encoded in UTF8 by the update.sh script (also available for download) when downloading for compliance with the General Interoperability Reference (RGI).
