Results of the AAP Digital Pass
Description
The State has launched a call for projects to support the purchase by local authorities of digital pass. The aim is to create a broad coalition of digital inclusion stakeholders (state, local authorities, public service operators, private companies, field actors, etc.); each must be able to intervene in the financing and implementation of coordinated and shared actions.
This scheme, which is materialised by books of several cheques, gives beneficiaries the right to access — in pre-qualified places — digital support services, with full or partial support by a third party payer. In practice, people receive a digital pass from a local structure (public service desk, associations, social workers, etc.) and can then register for a digital support workshop.
