List of public contracts concluded by the Department of Gironde

Description

Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code provides that public persons shall publish in the first quarter of each year a list of contracts concluded in the previous year. That list shall indicate, separately, the contracts relating to works, supplies and services. For each of these three types of services, contracts are grouped according to their amount and the following elements are indicated: subject matter, date of notification, name and address of the undertaking and the amount of the contract. The territorial authority shall publish during the first quarter of each year a list of the contracts concluded in the previous year and the names of the successful tenderers. This list is drawn up under the conditions defined by an order of the Minister responsible for the economy. Decree No. 2006-975 of 1 August 2006 Art. 8: I.-The provisions of this Order come into force on September 1, 2006. II.-Public contracts notified prior to the date of entry into force of this Decree shall remain governed, for their execution, by the provisions of the Public Procurement Code in their wording prior to the provisions annexed to this Decree. III.-Public contracts for which a consultation has been initiated or a notice of public invitation to tender sent for publication before the date of entry into force of this Decree shall remain governed, for their award, by the provisions of the Public Procurement Code in their wording prior to the provisions annexed to this Order. Their execution shall comply with the provisions annexed to this Decree. The files made available therefore contain: the subject-matter of the contract shall be the date of notification of the name of the supplier awarded the contract, its postal code, the maximum or flat-rate expenditure authorised by the form of the contract, the number of the contract.
