Administrative Account City of Lilas
Description
The administrative account:
— reconcile the forecasts or authorisations entered in the budget (at the level of the chapter or article in accordance with the provisions adopted at the vote of the original budget) with the actual achievements in expenditure (mandates) and revenue (titles);
— presents the accounting results for the year
— shall be submitted by the authorising officer, for approval, to the deliberating assembly which shall definitively decide it by a vote before 30 June of the year following the end of the financial year.
