Environmental Regulation - Green Development Zone
Description
The province wants to enable the development of function combinations of nature with other functions when these contribute substantially to strengthening the ecological coherence of the nature of the Gelderland nature network and of the landscape and cultural-historical qualities present. The Green Development Zone consists of areas with a different destination than nature that is spatially intertwined with the Gelders nature network. This mainly concerns agricultural land, but also areas for residential and day recreation, infrastructure, homes and businesses. This map layer was last modified by a low-policy change adopted on 23 April 2024 and entered into force on 1 May 2024.
