List of project managers in collective sanitation and members of the SATESE and the departmental sanitation observatory
Description
In order to provide technical support to the project managers in charge of collective sanitation, the Morbihan County Council has a service providing all consulting, expertise and validation missions: SATESE (Technical Support Service for Water Purification and Monitoring). This service is intended only for owners of so-called “eligible” wastewater treatment plants, which are generally small contracting communities. The mission of the SATESE:
— Advisor: provide technical advice for the operation of wastewater treatment plants during field visits, provide technical advice as upstream of projects as possible.
— Expertise: validate analyses and equipment for self-monitoring of wastewater treatment plants.
— Validate: receive, validate and transmit to the Loire-Bretagne Water Agency and the Water Police the results of the self-control of wastewater treatment plants.
The Sanitation Observatory: since 2009, the Departmental Council has been developing an observatory for sanitation (ODA) with voluntary developers, in collaboration with the State services and the Loire-Bretagne Water Agency. Overview of sanitation in Morbihan, this observatory provides every year a complete and shared vision of the situation at the departmental level
