Primitive Budget 2019 City of Lisieux — main budget
Description
In local finances, a primitive budget is voted by the deliberative assembly. This act sets out the forecasts of all revenue and expenditure of the services for the whole year. It is both a forward-looking document and an authorisation document.
This original budget may subsequently be amended during the same financial year when one or more amending decisions are voted by the same deliberative assembly.
