Primitive Budget 2019 City of Lisieux — annex budget EAU
Description
In local finances, an annex budget is voted by the deliberative assembly. It includes the operations (revenue and expenditure) of a service with an organisation with relative autonomy and whose activity produces or renders a service to the user. This service then has a separate budget and accounting.
