FINANCIAL INFO: Mechanism for centralised storage of regulated information.

The financial information website ensures the publication on the web of financial information transmitted by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Financial information is the raw material used by investors (and other economic agents, lenders, customers, employees, public authorities...) to make their decisions.

This is the “French Official Mechanism for Centralised Storage of Regulated Information”. The website info-financiale.fr is, for France, the mechanism for the centralised storage of regulated information of listed companies as provided for by the European Transparency Directive (OAM).

The XML “Information Flow” is systematically made up of two files, which together form an information unit, deposited at the AMF simultaneously:

— A meta file @-@ data in xml format;

— And a content file attached. The format of the content file depends on the type of information filed (see “LOV Reference”).

The provision by DILA of data sets that may contain personal data does not relieve the re-user of compliance with the Data Protection Act, in accordance with the document WARNING.

The re-user undertakes to take into account requests for updating data published from time to time by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA) in the discussion forum of the dataset on data.gouv.fr.
