Description
The permanent equipment base (BPE) contains for each territory the list of equipment and services rendered to the population.
This basis makes it possible to measure the presence or absence of equipment, the density of equipment or an indicator of the availability of equipment from the point of view of the inhabitants. These data are available by region, department, municipality or IRIS district.
