ALLOCATIONS - Enumeration_distribution_households_recipients_age (TA)

Description

This dataset lists, by municipality, all households receiving benefits who have a right to pay at least one benefit during the month of December, or who have received, during the year, a benefit paid at once (ex ARS, birth grant). The beneficiary households are divided according to the age of the person responsible for the case. The age used is the age reached in the year (or age per generation). It is the difference between the year of observation and the year of birth of the individual. The beneficiary home is composed of the person responsible for the file (person who receives at least one benefit in view of his family and/or monetary situation), and all other beneficiaries within the meaning of the regulations in force (spouse, child(ren) and other dependant(s). Several beneficiary households can live together in the same place, they then constitute a single household within the meaning of the INSEE statistical definition. This is the case, for example, when a couple receives housing benefits and shelters their child with a minimum social Caf (RSO, RSA, AAH). In practice, the term "beneficiary" is often used instead of "beneficiary home". The payment entitlement means that the beneficiary household fulfils all the conditions for actually being paid in respect of the month of observation. In particular, beneficiaries who have not provided all their supporting documents, or those whose amount of the benefit is below the payment threshold, are not included in this scope. The geographical field of observation of the dataset corresponds to the municipality of residence of the beneficiary household as recorded in the statistical file of beneficiaries extracted at the beginning of year N+1, regardless of the management cost.
