Description
The list of municipalities classified as rural revitalization zones (RRZs) on 1 July 2017 was published in the Official Journal in a decree dated 16/03/2017. The Territorial Observatory of the CGET makes this new ranking available on its website and its interactive mapping application.
Details on variables:
* _ *ZRR 2017 :_ Whether or not the municipality is classified as a ZRR from 01/07/2017. The communes indicated as partially classified are the communes of the Hauts de la Réunion for which the classification is infra-communal. Also informed are mountain municipalities which are no longer classified as ZRR in 2017 but which, being classified in 2014, continue to benefit from the effects of the ZRR scheme pursuant to Article 7 of Law No 2016-1888 of 28 December 2016 on the modernisation, development and protection of mountain territories.
