Number and rate of teletransmitted acts on the IS @CTES (according to @CTES and INDIGO) by department for the whole of France from 2013 to 2015
Description
The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by comparing the number teletransmitted on the @CTES information system with the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format.
The increase in volume (+ 35%) is higher than the increase in the number of documents transmitted electronically, which reached 3 300 000 in 2018, i.e. an increase of + 10% compared with 2017 (3 000 000 documents), compared with + 11% from 2016 to 2017; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES has therefore been constant since 2015, after a significant deceleration between 2014 and 2015 (+4%).
The combination of these two phenomena (strong increase in volume and less increase in the number of documents transmitted electronically) results in a significant increase in the average volume of documents: This is reflected in the average number of bytes per act which increased by only +28% from 2017 to 2018.
The rate of acts transmitted electronically on @CTES (60.5%) compared to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality check (5,500,000 acts) is 4.5 points higher than the rate reached in 2017 (56%) (compared to an increase of 3 points between 2017 and 2018).
It continued to improve, despite the slight increase (+2.2%) in the total number of acts received under the legality check in 2018 (5,500,000) compared to 2017 (5,400,000).
