Description

The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by making the ratio between the number teletransmitted on Information System @CTES and the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format. The evolution of volume (+ 35 %) is higher than that of the number of documents transmitted electronically, which reached 3300000 acts in 2018, an increase of + 10 % compared to 2017 (3000000), compared to + 11 % from 2016 to 2017; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES has therefore been constant since 2015, after a significant deceleration between 2014 and 2015 (+ 4 %). It results from the combination of these two phenomena (strong increase in volumetrics and less increase in the number of acts transmitted electronically) a significant increase in the average volume of acts: this is evidenced by the average number of bytes per act which increased by + 28 % from 2017 to 2018. The rate of acts transmitted electronically on @CTES (60.5 %) compared to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (5500000 acts) is 4.5 points higher than the rate reached in 2017 (56 %) (compared to an increase of 3 points between 2017 and 2018). It continued to improve, despite the slight increase (+ 2.2 %) in the total number of acts received under the legality check in 2018 (5500000) compared to 2017 (5400000).
