Number and rate of acts teletransmitted on SI @CTES (according to @CTES and INDIGO) by department for the whole of France from 2013 to 2019

The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by making the ratio between the number teletransmitted on Information System @CTES and the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format.
The evolution of volume (+ 35 %) is higher than that of the number of documents transmitted electronically, which reached 3300000 acts in 2018, an increase of + 10 % compared to 2017 (3000000), compared to + 11 % from 2016 to 2017; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES has therefore been constant since 2015, after a significant deceleration between 2014 and 2015 (+ 4 %).
It results from the combination of these two phenomena (strong increase in volumetrics and less increase in the number of acts transmitted electronically) a significant increase in the average volume of acts: this is evidenced by the average number of bytes per act which increased by + 28 % from 2017 to 2018.
The rate of acts transmitted electronically on @CTES (60.5 %) compared to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (5500000 acts) is 4.5 points higher than the rate reached in 2017 (56 %) (compared to an increase of 3 points between 2017 and 2018).
It continued to improve, despite the slight increase (+ 2.2 %) in the total number of acts received under the legality check in 2018 (5500000) compared to 2017 (5400000).
