Change in the number and rate of issuers connected or registered to SI @CTES for the whole of France, by department and strata of departments from 2010 to 2019
Description
The rate of connected issuers is obtained by making the ratio between the number of issuers connected to the information system @CTES and the total number of issuers likely to be connected to them (target).
The number of communities registered in the application @CTES stood at 36,000 on 1 January 2019, compared to 33,000 in early 2018. It therefore experienced a + 10 % change between 2018 and 2019, close to the increase of + 9 % between 2017 and 2018.
Municipalities represent the vast majority of issuers (68 %), followed by public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation (15 %) and local public institutions (15 %).
Against the revised target (68,000 issuers as of 1 January 2019), the rate of issuers recorded in @CTES is 52.8 % on 1 January 2019, compared to 45.6 % on 1 January 2018.
If the issuers registered in the application are exempted from those whose documents are registered by the prefectures, the rate of issuers actually connected to the information system is only 51.8 %.
