Evolution of the number of acts submitted to the legality check and the number and rate of acts teletransmitted on SI @CTES for the whole of France from 2004 to 2018
Description
The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by making the ratio between the number teletransmitted on the information system @CTES and the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format.
The volume of the information system @CTES increased by 35 % from 2017 to 2018 (compared to + 44 % from 2016 to 2017), reaching 3 500 billion bytes in 2018. The number of files increased by 14 % (compared to + 32 % from 2016 to 2017), from 3,900 thousand in 2017 to 4,500 thousand files in 2018.
The evolution of volume (+ 35 %) is higher than the number of documents transmitted electronically, reaching 3 300 000 in 2018, an increase of + 10 % compared to 2017 (3 000 000 acts), compared with + 11 % from 2016 to 2017; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES has been constant since 2015, after a significant deceleration between 2014 and 2015 (+ 4 %).
It results from the combination of these two phenomena (strong increase in volume and less increase in the number of acts transmitted electronically) a significant increase in the average volume of acts: this is evidenced by the average number of bytes per act which increased by + 28 % from 2017 to 2018
The number of acts transmitted electronically via @CTES (3 300 000), which increased by 10 % from 2017 to 2018, follows a similar increase to the number of issuers (+ 10 %) registered in the application.
The rate of acts transmitted electronically on @CTES (60.5 %) compared to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (5 500 000 acts) is 4.5 points higher than the rate reached in 2017 (56 %) (compared to an increase of 3 points between 2017 and 2018).
It continued to improve, despite the slight increase (+ 2.2 %) in the total number of acts received under the legality review in 2018 (5 500 000) compared to 2017 (5 400 000).
It is interesting to note that some prefectures have retained the habit of recording all or part of the documents sent in paper form by local authorities that have not yet entered into an agreement with their prefecture of attachment.
