Usage planning communal (model 2017)
Description
Data provision according to the cantonal data model SO_Use Planning_20171118 (model for initial recording). Usage plans localise and dimension legally permissible use of the soil and the associated space according to type and intensity. It separates the construction area from the non-construction area and separates construction zones from the other zones. The utilisation plan procedure covers, among other things, development, zone, overall, water protection zone plans, etc.
