Description

The Digital Topographic Map 1:10 000 for North Rhine-Westphalia (DTK10 NRW) is a national map set that is automatically derived from object-structured data from the ATKIS® basic DLM, from building data and from a terrain model. The DTK10 NRW is updated weekly after the continuation of the ATKIS® basic DLM and thus ensures a high degree of topicality. The 1:10,000 scale allows an almost complete and floor plan-like description of the earth's surface in its natural and human-influenced manifestations with high positional accuracy. As a large-scale map, it provides the ideal basis for planning and is suitable as a map basis for thematic maps.
