The source of the contours is OpenStreetMap. They are available via the tool overpass turbo which provides access to OSM data, but also on data.gouv.

The Official Geographic Codes (INSEE codes) come from the INSEE website (https://www.insee.fr/en/information/2028040).

The population data is not up-to-date, the column is added and filled with old INSEE data so as not to have NULL values.

The data is shared for Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin on the one hand, and Saint-Pierre and Miquelon on the other hand, in shapefile and geojson format.
