This dataset shows the location of parking spaces reserved for persons holding a parking card for disabled persons (European parking card or mobility card included) in the city of Vincennes.
The fields proposed are as follows:
COMMUNE_NOM: Official name of the municipality/Format Text
PROJECTION: Projection of coordinates/Format Text, alphanumeric code
X: Longitude/Text Form, Digital code with punctuation. Please note: longitude is appreciated compared to projection RGF93/Lambert-93
Y: Latitude/Text Format, Digital code with punctuation. Please note: latitude is appreciated compared to projection RGF93/Lambert-93
ADDRESS: Location address of the reserved parking space/Format Text
ANNEE_CREATION: Year of creation of the place/Digital format
RESPECT_NORMES: Compliance with parking standards for persons with disabilities who hold a parking card/Format Text (yes/no). Please note: the applicable bases are Decrees 2006-1657 and 2006-1658, and the Orders of 15 January 2007 and 20 April 2017.
