OAv1.1, top and thickness of Holocene clay
Description
The map shows information about the thickness and depth of the top of the Holocene, Quartaire, clay in the project area of the Antwerp Shallow Model. These slack clays are not very compacted. The map is made on the basis of lithofraction >60% for clay in the voxels assigned to the Holocene in the Shallow (voxel) Model of Antwerp v1.1. This map can be used exploratoryly for research in the run-up to future earthmoving and the potential high-quality use of excavated soil, e.g. as a mineral.
