As part of the hackathon organised on the sidelines of the Paris Peace Forum, Etalab presents a challenge related to the use of essential data from public procurement as a vector of inclusion for companies. In this context, and in order to facilitate the development of innovative services based on the essential data of public procurement, we wanted to consolidate the essential data of public contracts awarded since 1 October 2018 published [via the PES Market](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/donnees-essentielles-de-la-commande-publique-transmises-via-le-pes-marche/) and [data from central administration and operators](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/aife-de-44090956200033/) into a file in the ‘.csv’ format that we have cut into 4: — a file ‘buyers.csv’ containing the following variables: ‘siret Buyer’, ‘name’, ‘uid’ — a ‘DECP-dpa.csv’ file containing the following variables: ‘siret Buyer’, ‘urlProfile Buyer’, ‘coordinated’, ‘source’ — a file ‘marche.csv’ containing the following variables: ‘codeCPV’, ‘dateNotification’, ‘datePublicationDonnees’, ‘dateTransmissionDonneesEtalab’, ‘dueMois’, ‘Priceform’, ‘id’, ‘amount’, ‘nature’, ‘object’, ‘procedure’, ‘uid’, ‘url’ — a file ‘holders.csv’ containing the following variables: ‘social designation’, ‘identifying’, ‘typeIdentifier’, ‘followed’ ATTENTION: This experimental dataset was created for the occasion of the hackathon, and Etalab does not guarantee that it will be updated afterwards.
