XPlanning data set BPL “Seeäcker III”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Seeäcker III” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A general residential area is defined as the type of building use. A GRZ of 0.35 is allowed. The maximum permissible building heights can be found in the development plan.
