Declaration of the Syndicat Mixte buyer profile on the single inter-ministerial portal designed to collect and make freely available all public information (data.gouv.fr), in accordance with Article 4 of the decree of 14 April 2017 on the functionalities and minimum requirements of buyer profiles.
