Description

As part of the transparency of public procurement, the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP) of the Ministry of Finance has proposed to all buyers subject to public accounting to provide their essential data on public order via the [PES Marché](https://www.collectivites-locales.gouv.fr/protocole-dechange-standard-pes-0), in order to facilitate their centralisation on data.gouv.fr. We have transformed the data collected by DGFiP to make it accessible to all in accordance with [the XML and JSON regulatory formats](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/referentiel-de-donnees-marches-publics/) defined by [the Decree of 14 April 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2017/4/14/ECFM1637256A/jo/texte) and amended by [the Decree of 27 July 2018]. The transformation script is available [on the dedicated Github repository](https://github.com/etalab/format-commande-publique/tree/dgfip/scripts). You will not find in this dataset state market data: they will be published by [AIFE](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/organizations/agence-pour-linformatique-financiere-de-letat/) via other datasets on data.gouv.fr.
