Overall road condition indexes of the non-granted national road network between 2015 and 2017

Description

For the unlicensed national road network, the “iQRn” approach makes it possible to assess annually the state of degradation of about one third of the road network, thus giving a complete assessment of the network over three years. This approach makes it possible, in particular, to calculate, from a visual survey of degradations and catalogues of disorders, a note of state of heritage ranging from 0 to 20 (20 for a perfect pavement and 0 for the most degraded pavements to be completely reconstructed). This note is a financial indicator that gives, based on the visual state, supplemented by physical measurements, an assessment of the cost of repairing roadways. This dataset specifies the value of the overall quality index of the 3-thirds of pavements assessed between 2015 and 2017 in sections of approximately 200 meters. Each section of the road is defined by: * his name (road) * its length * its start (D) and end (F) coordinates expressed in Lambert93 coordinates (X, Y, z) or by a road tracking system consisting of 4 attributes: * PR = Road Benchmark * depPr = department where the PR is located * concessionPr = indicates whether the PR is on a licensed section (C) or not (N) * ABS = abscissa or distance (in metres) separating the point of the PR to which it relates * rating = accurate if the PR is on a separate right (D) or left (G) road or on a single road road (I) * IndexGlobal = road condition score (integer between 0 and 20) * yearEval = year in which the pavement was assessed * third party = third party (A, B or C) to which the assessed pavement section belongs.
