Project data CLEVER Cities Hamburg

Description

The map shows the CLEVER Cities project area from the EU funding programme Horizon 2020 in Hamburg, Neugraben-Fischbek. The project area extends from the center of Neugraben via the new development area Vogelkamp (planned development area), the district school Fischbek-Falkenberg, the old village center Fischbek and the settlement Sandbek to the new development area Fischbeker-Reethen in the west on the state border with Lower Saxony. Clever Cities Projects: Within the project area, various CLEVER projects are located, which represent nature-based, co-creative solutions for urban challenges, such as heavy rain events, citizen satisfaction or increasing biodiversity. More about the individual projects can be found here: https://preview.poc.hamburg.de/hhcae-cm7/servlet/segment/de/harburg/clever-cities-projekte Clever Cities Corridor: The project area is located between the nature reserves Moorgürtel in the north and Fischbeker Heide in the south. The two protected areas, which are of great importance for nature and species conservation throughout the city, are separated from each other by the partly dense development of Neugraben-Fischbek. Clever Cities aims to create linear, nature-based connections between the two protected areas. Through a green corridor, which runs through the settlement band, the various clever projects are to be linked together. Clever Cities Planning Area: In the Clever project area, other plans such as RISE areas for sustainable urban district development (planning area inventory structure) or large-scale newly emerging construction areas (planned development areas) are included.
