Business consultation file for the support of SGMAP in the deployment of State Start-up and the realisation of digital service developments in Agile mode

Description

This Business Consultation File (DCE) was published in 2016 as part of the renewal of one of the public contracts used by the beta.gouv.fr community. It shall contain the information useful to the candidates of the contract for the preparation of their applications and tenders. Its publication facilitates its reuse and ownership by other public persons in the context of the development of their own procurement contracts with their specific needs.
