This Business Consultation File (BLD) was published as part of the renewal of one of the public contracts used by the community beta.gouv.fr.
It shall contain the information useful to the candidates of the contract for the preparation of their applications and tenders.
Its publication facilitates its reuse and ownership by other public persons in the context of the development of their own procurement contracts with their specific needs.
