Vegetable Index (NDVI) of Andalusia, 1997 (NOAA AVHRR)
Description
Images of the NOAA satellite (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) captured by the AVHRR (Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer) sensor that have been calculated the NDVI- Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), which based on the contrast between the red and near infrared bands of the spectrum, highlights the vegetation coverage and its vigor over extensive areas. It consists of 84 images from 1997 with a spectral resolution of 1 band and a spatial resolution of 1 100 m.
