The National Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired (Unadev)
Description
In a 2014 opinion, the Court stated that the use of resources from calls for public generosity issued by the National Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired (Unadev) was not in line with the objectives presented by the association. The main objective of this inspection was to verify whether Unadev had addressed the deficiencies previously identified by the Court.
At its conclusion, in the light of its due diligence and within the limits of the powers conferred on it, the Court considers that the expenditure incurred by Unadev during the financial years 2012 to 2016 is consistent with the objectives of the calls for public generosity issued by the association, subject to four reservations.
