Description
The management of core data is a prerequisite for interoperability. This preliminary study began to dismantle the current state of core information management related to the location information and the background work already carried out. This was used to identify the root cause of the difficulties. The solution includes a proposal for a data content and management model and an assessment of the technology applied.
A preliminary study commissioned by the Ministry of Finance was carried out in late 2014.
In 2015, the Ministry of Finance commissioned a Proof-of-Concept-type test to explore different options for the implementation of decentralised MDM management presented in the preliminary study. The most promising was the use of spatial data as a combination of different concepts and uses of sites. Different options were examined as table testing through a few use cases, no technical experiments were carried out.
