Description
Public funding for training jobseekers amounted to €5.6 billion in 2016. In this area, the addition by the State of successive plans has led to a juxtaposition of measures and an increase in resources without a global strategy or coordination of actors. For jobseekers, the results appear disappointing, as training policy focuses on short-term results. Better adaptation and quality of training provision, personalised advice and support, particularly in the context of the personal training account, and better coordination between actors must be sought through public action with a profoundly renovated framework. The Court makes 14 recommendations to that effect.
