Operations coordinated by CROSS

This dataset contains all statistical data available computerisedly on assistance and rescue interventions coordinated by CROSS (Regional Operational Monitoring and Rescue Centres). It shall inform, for each assistance or rescue operation coordinated in French waters:

— what was the reason for intervention;
— when, how and by whom the alert was given;
— the weather and geographical context of the operation;
— which floats were involved;
— what air, nautical or land means have been engaged;
— what was the human balance of the operation.

This dataset contains data specific to a complex business and each file has several hundred thousand lines. We recommend that you carefully read the documentation made available to you before any analysis.

This dataset is produced by the Maritime Affairs Directorate.

Update

The data update is daily and includes data up to J-1.
