Priority neighbourhoods of city policy — Old degraded habitat

The Order of 19 January 2018 determines the list of priority districts of the city policy with a high concentration of old degraded habitat and subject to a multi-annual agreement provided for in Article 10-3 of Law No. 2003-710 of 1 August 2003.

The Article 199 tervicies of the General Tax Code provides for a reduction in income tax for taxpayers domiciled in France on account of the expenses they incur for the complete restoration of a built building located in a priority area designated in this list.
