Priority neighbourhoods of city policy — Old degraded habitat
Description
The [Order of 19 January 2018](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2018/1/19/TERV1706701A/jo/texte) determines the list of priority districts of the city policy with a high concentration of old degraded habitat and subject to a multi-annual agreement provided for in [Article 10-3 of Law No. 2003-710 of 1 August 2003](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexteArticle.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000428979&idArticle=LEGIARTI000028639108&dateTexte=&categorieLien=cid).
The [Article 199 tervicies of the General Tax Code](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000025746297cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069577) provides for a reduction in income tax for taxpayers domiciled in France on account of the expenses they incur for the complete restoration of a built building located in a priority area designated in this list.
