Enforcement data as published in the Annual Performance Reports annexed to the 2017 draft Regulations tabled in Parliament in May 2017 including: — Implementation by mission, programme and title in commitment authorisation (EI) for the general budget (BG), the special trust accounts (CAS) and the financial assistance accounts (CCF); — Implementation by mission, programme and title in payment appropriations (PA) for the general budget (BG), special trust accounts (CAS) and financial assistance accounts (FCA); — Implementation by department, programme and title in commitment authority (EI) for the general budget (BG), special trust accounts (SFA) and financial assistance accounts (FCA); — Implementation by Ministry, Programme and Payment Vote (PA) title for the General Budget (BG), Special Assignment Accounts (SAAs) and Financial Assistance Accounts (FCA); — Execution by mission and category in EA and Staff Note for the general budget (BG), Special Assignment Accounts (SAA) and Financial Assistance Accounts (FCA). — Execution by Ministry Title 2/excluding Title 2 in EA, CP and ETPT for the general budget and the annexed budgets.
