Results of professional elections — period 2013-2016

Description

These data come from the use of the minutes of the **CE, DP and DUP** professional elections which took place in the **companies with at least eleven employees** between **01/01/2013 and 31/12/2016**. Compared to the results of **professional elections 2009-2012** already posted on this site, this supply covers a larger number of elections, including those with incomplete information (e.g. absence of SIRET). By professional election, there is one or more employee colleges (one minutes per college). Only trade unions can run in the first round of the election. When no trade union organisation presents a list in the first round, it is necessary to organise a second round for which the trade unions can apply but also the employees of the company without a trade mark. The files do not contain the personal data of the employees who apply. They shall contain only the names of the trade union lists and/or trade union organisations which have applied for candidates and the confederation of affiliation where appropriate. You will find at your disposal a description of the data present in the various files, a file containing the results of the **first rounds** of the elections, a file containing the results of the **second rounds** of the elections, the list of **trade union organisations** who applied with the **confederation of connection** where applicable, and two files to define the **perimeter of the election**, i.e. the list of establishments covered by the election. Due to the number of SIRETs (over 1.5 million) that define the scope of elections, it became necessary to have two data files. Note that in files that contain the SIRET, it is preferable to use the “elenum” identifier to link these different files, in particular to deal with cases where the SIRET has not been indicated.
