List of municipalities located in zone B2 or C, eligible for “Pinel” and “Duflot” rental investment schemes that have obtained a prefectural approval
Description
This list lists the cities eligible for the rental investment scheme “Pinel” located only in zones B2 and C.
To benefit from the tax rebate granted by the Pinel law, the city in which you decide to buy a home must be part of an authorised area. Cities located in zones A bis, A and B1 will still be eligible for the Pinel scheme until 2021.
Since 1 January 2018, municipalities located in zones B2 and C can no longer benefit from this measure unless they comply with the following three conditions:
— The municipality of zone B2 or C must have the approval of the prefect after a favourable opinion of the Regional Habitat Committee;
— The building permit for those municipalities must have been lodged before 31/12/2017;
— The acquisition contract must be signed by 15/03/2019 at the latest.
As a result, the list is no longer updated since August 2018.
